Exchange Policy

Dr. Amti Sharma’s Live Nature Clinic, operating under DR BRC Clinic & Live Nature Integrated Health & Wellness, accepts items for exchange only (no returns or refunds) provided they meet the following conditions.


EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Live Nature Clinic will accept items for exchange only if they are:

  • In new condition

  • Unworn

  • Unaltered

  • Undamaged by the customer

To be eligible for an exchange, you must initiate the request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all H.E.F tags intact, and accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice or order number).


HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

To request an exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at livenatureclinic@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Details of the product

    • The reason for the exchange

    • A clear image or video showing the product condition

  2. You will need to ship the product back to our facility at your own expense.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  3. Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.

  4. If approved, your replacement product will be processed and dispatched within the standard delivery timeline.


IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

  • Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.

  • The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser value.

  • If the desired product is out of stock, you will be issued a store credit for future use.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for exchange.


DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERY

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Record an unboxing video starting before opening the sealed package.

    • The video must clearly show:

      • The outer parcel

      • The unsealing process

      • The product with any visible issues or mismatches

  2. Contact us immediately with:

    • The unboxing video

    • Your order details

    • A description of the issue

⚠️ An unboxing video is mandatory to claim an exchange for damaged or incorrect products.
Claims without proper video evidence will not be accepted.


FOR SERVICES

Dr. Amti Sharma’s Live Nature Clinic does not offer refunds or exchanges once a service has been delivered.

  • Cancellations are allowed only before the start of the service and may involve applicable charges.

  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable after the service has begun.

As e-books are non-tangible and irreversible digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the e-book is delivered.

As a customer, you are responsible for:
